Registration

Every time you knock down a pin, you’re not only scoring points for JA, but racking up points towards a lot of great individual and team prizes. Just volunteer to be a member of a five-person team from your company or group, secure at least $100 in pledges from friends, neighbors, colleagues, and acquaintances and pay a $15 bowler fee (covers 3 games, shoes and T-shirt). To register, contact your company coordinator, print out the registration form below and fax to JA at 205.290.9332 or you can register online.
